You guys must be thinking, why the hell would i support selfishness, but believe it or not, being selfish with certain things and aspects in your life is VERY healthy.

If you've ever felt like a 'Yes Girl', which basically means you agree to do anything and everything for others, then this post is for you. Its unhealthy to be as such because, 1. you never put yourself and your needs first, 2. you sometimes end up helping the wrong people who don't deserve your time or energy and 3. it weakens your ability to be strong minded and vigilant.

Ive learnt from last month that you can't stretch yourself too thin. You never want to leave yourself behind because you can never fully help others to the best of your ability if your not looking after yourself. Saying NO is fun. You should try it.

Being selfish allows you to filter out all of the toxic people and things you don't want or NEED to deal with in life. In order to focus on the good you have to get rid of the bad. So moving forward, remember its okay to say NO and its okay to have a lot of ME time.

And to match this Girl Boss mindset, i had to bring out the fur for this one. I fell in love with Jourdan Dunn's Missguided collection and to be honest, its the best designs I've seen featured on the sight by far. I had previously bought these suede navy air forces and had not been quite sure what to style it with. When i saw the navy fur i knew it was meant to be. The velvet track pants are also a boss look, they are giving me cozy but bouji vibes.
